This auction is priced per letter to afford you to pick and choose any combination you need for your name or saying. Please add up the number of letters desired and enter that amount into the quantity box upon purchasing. Please do not pay until I invoice you and figure the exact shipping you need to pay. After paying please leave me a note in the pay pal notes section of exactly how you want your letters. I will cut, copy, and paste that into the order form for your custom cut wood letter order. Please include your font choice. I have included a couple very popular ones in this listing but do have a special page in my store with over 100 others.
Unfinished & Ready To Paint
We cut our standard indoor lettering from Baltic Birch Plywood. This is one of the strongest wood materials available for sign and craft projects. It's thin, dense ply layers give it a higher strength rating than solid non-plywoods. It also has a better edge painting surface than standard plywood. Many wooden letters on the market today are cut from MDF wood which is a pressed fiberboard. Baltic birch ply material is much stronger and paints better than the MDF material. The recommended thickness for most projects is 1/4".
Letter Sizing Information The letter height you order is based on the uppercase letter "A" of the font you specify. Some lowercase letters are shorter (or taller) than the height you specify on the order form so that they will look proportionate to each other. For example, if you wanted to order the name, Ashley, and you ordered all the letters the same size, you would get the following letter sizes in relation to each other.

Note: All Letters in the 1/8, 1/4 & 3/8 inch thickness are cut with a laser which leaves a dark smooth edge as shown above. The edge can be painted over. The 1/2 and 3/4 thick lettering are cut with a computer controlled router and then the edges are sanded smooth before painting.
