All rugs are shipped within 2-3 business days so we can guarantee the quickest delivery anywhere in the United States. All of our packages are shipped Fed-Ex Ground, and all International packages are shipped UPS Expedited. International customers including Hawaii and Alaska please email us for additional charges. International customers are also responsible for all taxes and duties when rug(s) have arrived in your country. We do not have a pick-up facility at our warehouse, therefore we cannot allow pick-up by person. You must note that shipping charges all include the following: (Shipping, Handling, Wrapping, Insurance, and Warehouse Fees which are associated with every rug).

When you purchase your rug(s) with us, you have 30 days from the day you receive your rugs to live with them and decide whether or not they work for your designated rooms. If you wish to return your rug(s), you can do so by contacting us to obtain an RMA # and instructions for your return.
