I base all my shipping on the UPS rates. You the buyer pay all shipping costs, however I do give FREE INSURANCE FOR UPS AND FED EX SHIPMENTS. I reserve the right to ship via other carriers, even though I base my rates on UPS. Sometimes one is more convenient than others. NO HANDLING FEE, unless your item needs to be palletized, then it's $30.00 if it's a very large (over 150 pound) item. If the ad says free shipping, it’s for the lower 48 states only. All others will be charged accordingly by location. |
