  Shipping & Handling:

  • Your purchase is scheduled to ship as soon as payment is confirmed. We usually ship with-in 5-7 business days. If we have a problem meeting this schedule for any reason we will notify you of the delay.
  • We ship via UPS Ground Service- Insured.
  • Shipping time is 1-2 days to the East coast, 3-4 days to the Midwest, and 5-6 days to the West coast.
  • ALL SHIPMENTS ARE INSURED.
  • Our S/H charges are comprised of the following: Warehouse employee handling, shipping materials; plastic wrapping/tape, UPS base shipping rate including fuel surcharge, residential delivery charge, insurance is added based on the value of the item(s), UPS charges additional handling fees for items not shipped in a box, are over 60 inches in length, and signature confirmation if value is over $500.00.
  • We try to keep our shipping charges to you as low as possible but please note our charges reflect the rise in fuel costs and wool rugs are heavy. There is added handling involved with rugs due to their weight. Two employees locate and pull each rug. This process can take as much as half an hour per rug. 
  • The shipping charge listed is based on shipping with-in the 48 states and to Eastern Canada.
  • Please contact us for shipping surcharge to Alaska, Hawaii and Western Canada.
  • All rugs that weigh over 150 lbs. are shipped via freight. If the shipping charge is not listed, please contact us for a shipping quote.
  • No Pick-up facilities are available for local sales.
  • Your tracking # is emailed to you by us and UPS. If you do not receive our shipping notice email please check your spam email folder.

Important Information About Color

 Computer monitor settings are different for every computer, therefore causing colors to possibly vary in shade and vibrancy. For example many monitors have the tendency to make off-white look more yellow. Please be sure to contact us if you have any questions about the color of the rug or you want to verify the color. Rolled and folded rugs take about one week to smooth out and lay flat after they have been unpacked.
