A : Your product is still under warranty protection period, please send us back the non-working unit, after we receive it, your return postage will be refunded AND a new replacement unit will be shipped to you within 2 business days, please accept our sincere apologies for the inconveniences caused

A : With registered first class air mail, deliveries normally takes 7 to 14 business days. Our fastest record is 2 days to Eastern Coast of USA, 3 days to UK. Thanks to hardworking post offices
