followed: We will accept returns ONLY on items which was
manufacturer defective or shipping damaged and ONLY
after receiving a Return Authorization Number (RA#)
from us. We should be notified within 10 days of shipment of your
order and the item should be returned in its
original condition
for a full refund less shipping. Note: We only refund shipping
costs if the return is the result of our error. Returning new
items in there original condition due to other reasons like
