We will take every measure to insure proper packaging of your equipment purchases. If item does get damaged in route to you, we will try to aid you in filing a damage claim with the freight carrier.
If the item is shipped within the state of Washington, your local sales tax will be added to your total.
Any warranties on new equipment through the manufacturer only. There are no warranties of either merchantability or fitness for a particular use. Because we are a dealer with other web and showroom sales, we reserve the right to end this auction at any time.

All returned merchandise must arrive back at ORE INC in the same condition as shipped from our warehouse. Items must be unused and undamaged to be eligible for credit. Buyer pays all return shipping charges. ORE INC. will not accept any returns freight collect. Original shipping charges are not refundable. Refuds of purchase price will be store credit only.
