About Us

We are Australia's leading online retro-vintage t-shirt brand. We sell the best god damn range of 80s themed and pop culture t-shirts and hoodies around. Our head designer Scotty 'big man on campus' Thomas has also won fashion design awards  so you know whatever you buy from us is going to fit like a nicely worn in glove (minus the aroma of course). All our clothing is printed and designed right here in old Brisbane Town , Australia and a number of our garments are also manufactured here ensuring super supreme quality.
       
We've been in operation since 2003 where we started out selling our fresh prints at Southbank markets here in Brisbane. The response was a good one which then motivated us to start selling to stores around this great land of ours. We hit the jackpot when Universal Store, amongst others, started to stock klub retro in their stores.  We had the feeling we were onto something great and many people agreed. We then setup an ebay store and success followed from there and in the Summer of 2007 our online store klubretro.com was born.
We're a small team here at klub retro headquarters. This is in fact a good thing because it means we treat our customers like gods or godesses...which ever is applicable. We always want to make sure you, our customer, is happy and we'll pretty much do whatever is possible to ensure this.

Overseas buyers - please pay by PAYPAL ONLY. Australian buyers - we accept payment by: PayPal, internet banking and Money Order (in Aussie Dollars only) NO CHEQUES ACCEPTED. Please ensure payment reaches us within 5 days of auction end. Please make money orders payable to klub retro.Whichever payment method you choose, please complete the eBay checkout to provide us with your full details and inform us of your intended payment method.Our address for sending payment will be available once the checkout is completed, please be sure to enclose a print out of your eBay order details or note with your user ID or item number with your posted payment. All prices and p&p include GST at 10%.

Shipping

We offer reduced p&p for items sent together, your discount will automatically be deducted when items are checked out together - or you can always ask us for a shipping quote or a combined invoice with reduced p&p. We post every 2 business days (not inc. Saturdays or Bank Holidays). We will always email to let you know once your item is on its way, with details of when to expect delivery. Your order will be shipped within 2 business days of received cleared payment. If sending a PayPal eCheque please allow for PayPal's clearing period. Australia- we offer 3 forms of postage: Regular Post, Express Post and Registered Post. Rest of the World - all orders are sent via Australia Post. Delivery time for Australia to international is between 5 - 10 working days.  
We accept no responsibility for parcels lost in the post. If you are concerned about this please opt for Registered Post when checking out.

Returns

We happily exchange items in the event they don't fit. However, we can only do this if we have your desired size in stock at the time. If we don't we happily offer you a store credit upon return of the item in it's original unworn condition. The buyer will need to pay for all postage costs involved in exchanging an item. We do no offer cash refunds so please choose carefully.
In the rare event the garment sent to you is faulty we will offer you a full refund or an exchange of the item.
