     Choose from a Swedish (Relaxation) Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Sports Massage or a combination.  With the 1/2 Hr., a more focused massage will be applied to the areas needed most. 

     All massage treatments are done in a relaxing, clean, private room on a heated, hydraulic massage table, soft music, soothing candles, thermal heating pad, herbal eye pillow, misting humidifier, & special body pillows, to make you more comfortable, during your session.  

     Also included with the 1/2 hour massage is: Complimentary herbal teas, bottled water, refreshments, and air diffused aromatherapy with your choice of essential oils.
