Payment:
Payment is required immediately after the auction or within contact and arrangements within 24hours of auction. Merchandise invoices will be sent to buyers within 24 hours at the end of auction. merchandise must be paid for before Shipped if applicable. Acceptable forms of payment include- Money Wire-Cash(In House Only),preferred, Credit Card MC,Visa, and Discover with proof of ID , certified Bank Checks. NO PAY PAL. You are responsible for all your purchases upon being declared SOLD. The items will be sold to the Highest Bidder. If during the auction, a discrepancy, dispute, or at the auctioneers discretion, the Auctioneer or seller only, may remove the lot for sale before the hammer falls and item declared SOLD. The Auctioneer may elect to award tie bids to the floor bidder. All purchases are subject to the buyer's premium as stated. If any item is not paid for or removed within specified or reasonable time, the Auction company may choose the option to enforce legal action against the Buyer. When you register as a bidder and purchase an item- this is a legal contract and you are responsible for your purchases. Shipping can be available or assistance with arrangement at Buyer's Expense. 605-575-1892 for some shipping quotes on vehicles only. The buyer agrees to pay all shipping and packaging expenses related to purchase. Some items can be picked up and call Auction House for arrangements. The Auction company does not and will not be liable for any damages in shipping or transport of item. The Buyer accepts all responsibility for this option.Any lot removed within specified time. Will be declared Abandon and any monies forfeited.
