Just upgraded to the iPhone 3Gs, and selling the old one. 
This phone was just swapped under warranty (within a month) so it's in fantastic condition,
with a new battery and all features work!

I used all the accessories from my 1st iPhone, so all included accessories are still BRAND NEW!

This phone is still able to operate and be activated!
The screen has no scratches or puck marks. Original glass screen in like new shape! 
The touchscreen areas still all respond.
The back light still works & there are no dead pixels on the screen
The camera lens has no marks and still operates just fine
The power, silent, and volume buttons all still operate
The phone can still communicate with a computer, and charges from the wall adapter or computer.
Speakerphone, Microphone, and everything else about this phone still works
The back cover is in great shape and shows only minor wear.
