This is a NO RESERVE auction for a Hussman 8 X 12 walk-in cooler. This cooler was removed from a local restaurant last week and is in very nice shape. The restaurant was being torn down to make room for a new strip mall. The owners just spent over $5000 in November of 2007 on a brand new single phase compressor unit. It was used less than 4 months before they closed. I am starting this walk in at $2999 with NO RESERVE. The compressor unit alone is worth more than that.
The walk in is a 8 X 12 foot Hussman. It has a single walkin door on one of the 12 foot sides. On the opposite side there is 1 reach in door that measures about 24'' square. If you wanted to place this side against a back wall it would not be a problem, you would just need to removed the hardware from the reach in door.
Cooler comes as pictured complete with everything you need to run, it will just need to be wired and charged. The walk-in is very nice shape and works like a new one. Hussman is top of the line, and this cooler is going to last for many years to come. Great cooler, Great price.
Delivery and setup is also available on this cooler. I will deliver it up to 75 miles from Springfield MO at no charge to the buyer. After that there will be a charge of $2 per loaded mile. I am happy to setup the cooler at the buyers location for an additional charge. I can only set the cooler up, you will still have to provide an electrician and HVAC tech. Call for bid on set up if interested.

Shipping on this item will be through a local shipping company. They can deliver to either your home or business. This item will be put on a pallet, wrapped in bubble wrap, then card board, then shrink wrapped. This will all be provided free to the buyer. The buyer will be responsible for a shipping cost of $500 fixed to the lower 48 states. If you are having the item delivered to a address without a truck dock or forklift, you will be responsible for a $50 liftgate fee. You can avoid this fee by having enough help available to lift the skid off the truck.
Payment for the item must be recieved within 5 business days of the auctions end. Item will not ship until the payment is received. Payment can be made with check, money order, or cashiers check. Personal check is fine, but item will be held until check clears my bank. All items are available for local pick up if the buyer prefers. There will be no charge for this.
I have described this item to the best of my ability. I have done my best to be accurate and honest. All pictures are of the actual item you will be receiving.
