helium capacity about 270 cubic feet; (balloons were all tested at factory, though we recommend that you always test them with normal air overnight before filling with helum);  

small tether lines included but long rope/strap NOT included (quarter inch thick braided nylon ropes will be good enough; usually 100ft long);

 

shipping is $10 for U.S., $30 for Canada and $45 for Western Europe/Australia; buyer MUST provide valid shipping address (no PO box);
