All our outdoor wicker furniture are made of quality material, solid construction with weather proof UV stabilized PE rattan wicker and powdered coated for long lasting aluminum frame.
Cushions have been treated and are water resistant. They are all removable fabric covers for easy replacing and washing.

MATERIAL & QUALITY
1, The rattan we use for our product is only the highest quality man-made fiber. Called PE rattan, which is made from 99.8% Polyethylene and 0.2% Ash, this kind of rattan is UV resistant and waterproof, and our rattan is through dyed, you can fix it by applying heat when it get scratches, it last long time and the color never fade away, also it is not sensitive to temperature fluctuations.
2, For the fabric and sponge inside, they are all water proof, the sponge we use for our products is of a density 40 which ensures the durability, but usually, others just use 20.
3, The important point is on the frame, other manufacturers construct the frame with 1.0mm thick aluminum, but all our products are constructed with 1.2mm & 1.5mm thick tube, which make it strong enough, we make it powder coated, this way the frame is fully protected against corrosion and becomes virtually invisible once it has been woven over, the others never do that to reduce the cost.
4, Coz it's for outdoor use, it need carefully maintenance, but we don't need any cleaners and maintenance products, it can be simply wiped with a damp cloth, if cleaners needed, we strongly suggest you use non-foaming products, Coz it will leave residues and then contract dirt, and you can use a low setting pressure host to clean our woven products.

SHIPPING INFO Large sized furniture will be shipped via freight only due to its large dimensions and safety purposes. Freight charges will be applied to the lower 48 states and is only for curbside delivery. Please note that the delivery company is not responsible for lifting or carrying the products into the house. Therefore, we recommend that you have help available to move the product into your home. For heavier shipments, lift gate service is available for an additional cost. Please inspect the package thoroughly before signing for the delivery. It is normal for packaging to show some wear and tear but please carefully inspect the product for any potential damage that may have occurred during transit. If there is any noticeable damage to the package (i.e. forklift holes in the box or pieces falling out of the box), please make note of the damage on the delivery receipt prior to signing for the product. Once signed for, Moderntomato nor the trucking company is liable for any damages unless damage was noted on the delivery receipt. Damage claim must be reported within 24 hours of delivery and photo is required.

If for any reason you are not satisfied, product must be returned in its original condition and customer is responsible for return shipping charges. Original freight charge is non-refundable and there will be 15% restocking fee for all products. All sales are final for local pick-up and return policy will not apply.
