Our photos come with a 7 day examination period - in the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, simply contact us (sales@mmgphotos.com) within 7 days of receiving the item and we will work with you to find a solution that best meets your needs. If we determine that returning your item is the best solution, the following conditions must be met:
- Photo MUST be returned in the condition it was received.
- Framed items must be returned in their original packaging.
- All returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization Number.
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
