Shipping is free. It's that simple. After a careful consideration we've decided to offer this convenience to our valued customers here on eBay. We take care of shipping, handling, and insurance charges, offering you a flat per item price.

SHIPPING METHODS:

We ship UPS Ground only. This is done for your convenience, as it allows for tracking packages, seeing where the package is at any point and when it is expected to arrive to you. Naturally, we always forward a tracking number to each buyer as soon as the package ships out. An average transit time is 4 days; however, we do not guarantee it, as it is beyond our control and varies depending on your location. Please note that UPS does not ship to APO addresses or PO boxes, so we do need your street address. Phone number, though not required, also helps to ensure a smooth delivery. If you absolutelly cannot provide us with your street address, please contact us prior to making your purchase to discuss possibilities.

HANDLING DAMAGES:

Though glass is a tricky item to ship, as it is obviously fragile, we generally have very little damages (an average of 0.8 percent). This is due to the special care we excersise and the use of expensive packaging material; each damage is an inconveniece to you and a direct loss to us, so we do our absolute best to avoid them. However, if your package turns out to be the unlucky one, just let us know. We have special arrangements with UPS, handling damages fast and easy. All you need to do is let us know of the problem and leave the package outside. You'll receive a new frame in a few days and won't have to worry about anything else.

PROCESSING SPEED:

We believe that speed is an important component of performance and see no reason to delay your order, once payment received. We guarantee it will be shipped out the next business day (if you place your order overnight, it would be the next morning, in just a few hours). Therefore, if you'd like to make any changes or adjustments to your order, please let us know ASAP, so we can still catch it before it ships out.

PAYMENT METHODS:

We're as flexible as it gets. Though PayPal is preferred, you're welcome to pay in any way that's convenient to you: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover. We're very understanding of any payment issues, but we ask you to let us know about them, as we're processing hundreds of orders and have a routine for unpaid items; if you don't want to be involved in it, please contact us to work out a solution.

RETURN POLICIES:

We accept returns for any reason or no reason at all. However, there are four conditions:

• Returns are only accepted with our RA number, without it we simply would not be able to match the box to our records; just contact us to receive one.
• Returns are only accepted 7 days after you receive the package, which should be enough to discover any fault of the product.
• All the shipping charges will be borne by you. Please understand that we're taking a loss on each return, as we do not resell returned items. We accept this loss only to provide you with an easy shopping experience. We even do not apply restocking fees, which is a customary procedure at most companies, but we hope you would agree that we cannot pay for the items to ship back and forth if you changed your mind.
• Naturally, all returns should be received in the original condition, shrink wrap intact.

SPECIAL NOTICE:

We're operating business days 9AM to 5PM Eastern Time. However, on Fridays we close four hours before sunset, as we do not engage in any business activity on Sabbath. We hope for your understanding in this issue and assure you that, should you place your order between 12PM ET Friday and 10PM ET Saturday, it will be shipped out first thing Monday moring. By the way, post offices are closed on weekends anyway...
