• It's really nice looking.  As good as the regular lab prints are, silver fiber prints are stunning.
  
• It's more archival (as in hundreds of years)
• There's more real world history - instead of relying on simulated accelerated aging tests, these prints have actually stood the test of time.
• It's made via an expensive, time consuming process which on the down side means it's more expensive, but on the upside means it's more collectible.

This is an auction of a signed, original 8x10 photograph by the artist, Doug Wade.  I prefer to let my art speak for itself rather than talk about how beautiful the model is (hopefully you already know that!) but here's a few things you might want to know before bidding.

• All the photographs I sell are printed by a professional photo lab on professional, archival grade photographic paper. This means that it not only looks great but should last generations.
• The preview picture does not do the original justice. My prints show way more detail, and most computer monitors don't show anything like the color or contrast of the originals.
• The back is signed and dated in pencil by the artist (me!)
• All prints are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. As the artist I take great care in packaging and shipping the prints. After all, it's my name on the back!
• I ship as quickly as possible after receiving payment. Once the payment clears I can usually get it in the mail the same day or next day.
• I've shipped to over twenty countries at last count and welcome international bidders but will not violate custom regulations.
