PAYMENT:
Items purchased or won must be paid within 7 days of auction end to avoid negative feedback. We prefer payment through PayPal with a confirmed address, but we will also accept Credit Cards (VISA, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover). If you wish to pay by Credit Card other than through PayPal please email us, so we may make arrangements to contact you to obtain the needed information. Do not ever send credit card information through email.
SHIPPING:
It is our policy to charge exact shipping charges, based on combined weight of all purchased/won items, to your area by utilizing the cheapest shipping available for a given item. However, there may be times when the cheapest shipping method is not available due to the type of item being shipped, in this case we utilize the shipper that will allow for the shipping of said item. We will always try to list multiple shipping choices for our buyers to choose from, this allows for you to decide on how much you wish to pay for shipping and how long you are willing to allow for the item to reach you. We have; however, found that USPS Priority Mail is about the best value for the money and speed of shipping. A Packaging fee of $1.00 to cover packing materials (e.g. boxes, labels, cushioning, tape, etc.) is included in the shipping charges quoted through the shipping calculator. Please remember that we do offer combined shipping rates for all items won or purchased over a 5 day period to allow for cheaper shipping of multiple items. International buyers should contact us before bidding to inquire about shipping costs and shipping availability. Our policy on shipping is to ship your item within 5-10 business days, usually less, after receiving your payment (Not including holidays). On rare occassions there may be a delay, if such a delay should occur we will immediately email you with the expected shipping date. Upon payment, and at the time of shipping we will leave positive feedback. The eBay community is dependent on feedback and we ask that you would please leave feedback in return upon the completion of a successful transaction.
RETURNS/REFUNDS:
Unlike many online sellers we do offer a cash refund on merchandise purchased or won if the item is not as described or you are dissatisfied with the item. To receive a refund you must email us within 7 days after receiving your shipment, stating why you wish to return your item and to receive a return authorization number. Please be sure to read the item description and email us with any questions you may have before bidding or purchasing. No returns will be accepted without this RTA number. Refund will be for the total price paid for the item plus sales tax when applicable. All shipping charges, both original and return shipping fees will be the responsibility of the buyer. All monies due will be refunded in the same form as the original purchase to protect against fraud. (Paypal Payments refunded through PayPal - Credit Card Payments will be refunded to the same card payment was made with.)
