Payment Policy
- All auction items must be prepaid in full.
- All payments are expected within 15 days after the winning auction is closed.

- We charge 9.75% Sales Tax for items shipped to California,USA.
Shipping Information
- We ship to United States and Canada only, and we do not ship to Guam and VI.
- Local pickup is unavailable.
- Items are generally shipped out the next business day after payment has been verified (Sat. & Sun. and most national holidays excluded.)
- We usually ship to shipping address that you registered on eBay or PayPal, if you want to change your shipping address, please email us in time. We are not responsible for wrong or undeliverable address.
- Please contact us if you want to have a "UPS 2nd Day Air" shipment
- The UPS will charge us US$10.00 for any refused packages with immediate effect. Therefore, please provide us with the correct postal address and name of the recipient. Otherwise, Customers would have to bear all the additional delivery and service charges, including that being imposed by the UPS.
- If expedited services are used for delivery, we will procure the desired service from UPS on your behalf. In the event of a refund, the shipping fee is not refundable under any circumstances except if the order is cancelled before shipping.
- USA
- All of our products are shipped by First Class mail, Priority Mail, or UPS Ground based on the weight, value of the package and delivery address. PO Box addresses can only be shipped by US Mail.
- Approximate transport time is 2 to 6 days depending on location.
- The shipping cost for Alaska and Hawaii is US $13.00(USPS Priority Mail) per battery.
- Free shipping is only for USA 48 continental states. If ship Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico, Military Locations, AFO/APO address, we will charge additional money $9.01 for shipping fee via USPS.
- Canada
- Canadian orders will be shipped by USPS First-Class Mail International or Priority Mail International.
- No tracking information is available when shipping packages by First-Class Mail International and Priority Mail International.
- Package transit time normally takes some 10 to 15 business days, depending on the destination, holidays and various customs clearance as well as factors other than Postal Service's control.
- The shipping cost of Canada does not include local taxes- PST, GST and HST

Return/Replacement Policy
- 1. Unless otherwise specified, we warrant our products for 1 year from the date of original purchase under normal use. Replacement items, if issued, do not restart or in any way extend the warranty period.
- 2. All items if returned for whatever reasons must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number, which is to be issued upon request through accurepublic@power198.com. Items returned without RMA# will delay the process or be ignored.
- 3. If you are not satisfied with our product(s), please contact us through accurepublic@power198.com to obtain a RMA Number within fifteen (15) days of purchase. And products must be returned 100% complete, including all components, original boxes and packing materials, manuals, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer. We reserve the right to charge a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee for NON-DEFECTIVE returns.
- 4. For battery packs or battery related products, warranty becomes void if the battery pack has been improperly charged, installed or misused in any way, or if the label and/or bar code label has been removed or tampered with.
- 5. In returning products to us, customer must pay the return freight. Return packages by C.O.D will not be accepted.
- 6. Returns due to buyer's error, we will charge $10.00 or more (depends on the weight & the quantity of the item) as restoring & handling fee.
- 7. Returns due to our error:
- · If products are returned to us within 30 days from the purchase day, Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping charges and we bear the re-sending charges; and if justified, refund will be made in full. However, products so returned must be 100% complete.
- · After thirty (30) days and up to ninety (90) days of purchase, we will refund (excluding shipping and handling charges) or replace any defective product(s). Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping charges and we bear the re-sending charges.
- · After ninety (90) days and up to one (1) year of purchase, refund request will not be accepted unless a replacement is not available. Customers are responsible for paying all the shipping charges (including the return and resending ones).
- · Replacement products or refund will be arranged for all fault products returned, subject to technical test results that justify Customers' complaint.
- · Please ensure that returned items are the one that you purchased from us. Should you send us any other products that are not purchased from us and want to have them back, you have to pay for all the additional shipping charges so incurred.
