The cover is stressed at all 3 staples.
6.) #58 - Vol. X, No. 4 March/April 1996.
The cover says "Volume IX, No. 10" but the interior says "Volume X, Number 4"
7.) #61 - Vol. XI, No. 1 September/October 1996.
8.) #66 - Vol. XI, No. 6 January/February 1998.
The cover is stressed at all 3 staples, and there are a couple of long folds on the front cover.
9.) #72 - Vol. XII, No. 6 January/February 1999.

That I live on the East Coast. The further this package has to travel the longer it will take.
Parcel Post is 3rd class mail and is shipped by truck when the Postal Service has a truck 3/4 or more full.
Even though they say it will take 2-9 days, that is only true if it is somewhat close to me.
If it's shipping to the West Coast it will take 20-30 days.
Once I give a package to the post office, I HAVE NO CONTROL OVER SHIPPING TIMES!
You can complain about slow shipping, but I can do Nothing about it.
