As soon as an item is shipped, the buyer will receive a notification email.

Most items will be shipped within two business days, however please allow all items up to 4 business days (Monday - Friday) from the purchase time to be shipped. We are unable to ship on the weekends and on holidays.

DAV Electronics guarantees our 12 volt LED's against defects for the life of the LED, however guarantee will not apply to LED's that have been improperly installed or damaged by the customer. Defective LED's are to be returned to us for inspection. If we deem that the LED's have malfunctioned due to a defect in manufacturing, we will replace them for free with the same color. If color is no longer available, you will receive the closest replacement. Shipping on replacement LED's is free for the first year from time of purchase. After a period of one year, we will charge a S/H/Insurance fee of $3.00 per instance before we ship the replacements.
