From the 90's comes this awesome luxe purple velvet ANNA SUI vest/dress that is a great addition to any wardrobe. It has 11 brass military crested buttons, three front envelope pockets and a purple matte silk back. Think of it with layers of all kinds from wide-leg pants to knee-high boots or over dresses!
