The Door Panel is made of fiberglass and has high quality grey gelcoat finish. It is ready for primer(2K urethane recommended) and paint or upholstery by the customer.

COMES UNFINISHED: Customers will have to cut the holes for the switches and handle, trim, block sand and prep the panel. The panel is made to accept factory handle, switches and pocket.

The thickness of the panel is 3/8" or more, it is one piece and is very solid. No more flimsy plastic! No more clips that brake. Once the panel is installed the sound of the door being shut is amasing. Snug, tight thump, no rattles and such.

While designing the panel we pretty much used the factory shape, exept the area where door panel meets the dash is improved. The speaker grille is elliminated, that area is blank. Customers will cut the speaker opening according to their needs.

Once again, this is not a factory reproduction piece, but it provides the opportunity to create one's own unique door panel.

Some may opt for light prep work and flat paint, some will do leather inserts like we done on pic 2, and paint the panel glossy, with flat switches, posssibilites are endless.

We spent lots of hours making sure the panel will fit properly, and it does.

The matching pass door panel is in the works, and rear doors will follow if there is demand for them.

♣ INSTALLATION ♣

Holes for the hande, switches and speaker needs cut. The location of them is "fantom" indicated on the panel. Attaches to the stock door with 7 screws. Step by step installation procedure on CD comes with!
