We have no way of knowing when email fails. If you are expecting email from us that does not come, it is for one of these reasons and you are to contact us. Please refer to contact information below. Email failure is not a valid reason to breach the terms of sale. PayPal Orders are shipped within 2 business days of receipt of PayPal funds. PayPal eChecks must clear prior to shipping. You may use PayPal to pay with Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express or e-check. MONEY ORDERS / CASHIER'S CHECKS / PERSONAL CHECKS Orders are shipped within 2 business days of receipt of money order/cashier's check. Personal checks are held 15 days to clear our bank before orders are shipped. All money orders, cashier's checks or personal checks must include your email address and Auction. You should also include your name and full mailing address, so that we may ship your package without any unnecessary delays. Aunt Su-Pin will not be held responsible for shipment delays if we do not receive sufficient information for shipping purposes. REFUND POLICY If you are not satisfied with the product(s), you may return within 10 days from our ship date in original condition. All returns are subject to 20% restocking fee of value of order OR US $10, whichever is greater. Shipping, handling and insurance are non-refundable. Buyer pays for any returning shipping fee.
| U.S. CUSTOMERS For any U.S. destinations, the S&H rate is calculated based on zip code via USPS parcel post. Combined shipping is available. Delivery takes approx. 2 to 4 days.
CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE OF U.S. For destinations outside of U.S., the S&H rate is calculated based on country via USPS airmail parcel post. Combined shipping is available. Delivery takes approx. 7 to 10 days for European & Asian destinations and up to 3 weeks for other destinations. INSURANCE We encourage our customers to purchase insurance because we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages. It is optionally offered based on address and country.
