Oval in section, with a fluted body, flanked by two rectangular pseudo-handles, on a conforming socle base, further raised on a stepped rectangular plinth, fitted with a metal frame ornamented with a Greek key pattern

Condition Report: Chips and losses to the edges and corners of the plinth and the edges of the rim.  Surface wear throughout.
