What are the shipping method?
All shipments are made via UPS Ground or United States Postal Service either by regular airmail (3-5 days) or Priority Mail (2-3 days) depending on the types of products purchased. Majority of our orders will be ship within 2 business days (mostly within 24hrs) (All mail transit time stated above is best estimated but not guaranteed.)

How much is shipping and handling (S&H)?
Please note that all shipping and handling charge are different depend on the location of the shipping address. Please see above or contact us for more information.
Handling fee:  Handling fee are included already in the shipping price. 
Insurance fee: Insurance is optional, if customer does purchased insurance, our RMA department will guarantee to pay and provide for the return shipping label if item are defective or damage. If customer does not purchased insurance, we will have to wait for UPS claim to approved so that we can exchange the item for customer, also customer are responsible for the return shipping fee if Insurance are not purchased.

Tax: Taxes are only charge to California in-state buyer only, at 8.25% sales tax International shipment transit time does fluctuate.

Canada buyer: Expedited shipping are now offer for all Canadian and International buyer. The deliver time to Canada now are 2-3 business day, where as other seller are 5-7 business day. Also there will be no more Brokerage fee, which Canadian buyer will not need to pay. Shipping address for Canada P.O. box : We are unable to ship any item to Canada P.O. Box. Please note that if buyer has to put the shipping address as a P.O. Box address, and the item has return back to our warehouse, in order to reship this item, we reserve the right to ask the buyer to pay the shipping fee again. For shipments to California addresses, we are required to collect 8.25% Sales Tax.

Buying optional insurance: By purchasing optional insurance, it will help to reduce the time for return/exchange. Also buyer will not have to pay for return shipping if any item are damage, fitment, or wrong item. If item are lost in transit, we as seller will reship the item , and not need to wait for claim approve first.

If item is lost in transit Seller Pay We will file a claim with UPS, once the claim is approved. We will go ahead and reship.
Please read the following carefully for any Return & Exchange questions:
Please inspect all your order(s) upon receipt, no refunds are available unless the item is damage, defective, or incorrect.
We will provide a Return Shipping Label, if the item is damage, defective, or incorrect if insurance is purchased.
Please contact our customer service within 30 days for an exchange. All return items will require a RMA number, which is given by our customer service department only.
All return items MUST be in brand new condition which means the item is never installed and kept in the original packaging, otherwise a 20% restocking fee will be charged.
If item are received damage or defective, we do ask customer to provide us a picture through email to show either the damage or defective item, so that we can expedite the return.
We will not resend product before we get a confirmation from insurance claim or the returned item from customers. ( If optional insurance is not purchased )
In most cases, all shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, unless it has been approved by our Returns Department.
Any item that the buyer states as defective will be tested by our Returns Department, if there are no problems or errors found during testing, there will be a mandatory 20% restocking fee for the price of the item.
Once the RMA# is issued, the buyer will have 30 days to return the item, if any items that are return after 30 days, the item(s) are subject for rejection.
If the items are returned without RMA #, we reserve the rights to reject the item or charge the buyer a 20% restocking fee.
If the replacement is not in stock, our return department will provide a refund for the customer.


For money order please include eBay item number (you can find it in your auction top right hand corner)
Any money order without item number cannot be process; we will hold the payment until either we get a hold of the customer or customer contact us about this matter.

If customer bid the wrong item, customer will need to contact our customer service and request to cancel the item, there will be a 10% of the item price cancellation fee.

We highly recommended professional installation for all product, there are some product does not come with installation guide.
Most of our headlights and tail lights are Off-road or Show car use only.
