Remanufactured process includes:
Complete Disassembly
Casing and external parts are cleaned in our
state of the art hot aqueous steam pressure cleansing system
EVERY part is both visually inspected, and
tested / measured against OEM standards by Certified Technicians.
ALL wearable parts are replaced with NEW
American Made Parts, this includes:
CLUTCHES, BANDS, GASKETS, SEALS, O RINGS, SEALING RINGS, BUSHINGS,
FRICTIONS, LIP SEALS, SYNCHRONIZERS, BEARINGS.
ALL automatic transmissions are DYNO
TESTED for 30-40 minutes.
All pressures are thoroughly checked, and all shift positions
verified at various speeds, pressures etc. This insures that
everything works correctly, and that you always receive the
highest quality transmission.
ALL Transmissions come with our
BASIC Nationwide 12 month 12000
Mile Warranty. This warranty covers parts only, the buyer is
responsible for all shipping and labor costs.
We also offer
PLATINUM warranty options which cover wearable parts, and all
shipping and labor costs ( @ $35 per Motor Book Hour) in the event
of a failure!

Dyno Testing is a procedure that tests a transmission to insure
that it is in perfect working order after it has been
remanufactured. Using a 4.3L V6 GM Engine to simulate your
vehicles power source our Dyno machines shift your transmission
numerous times through each gear, monitoring it for correct
pressures, shift points and noise. Finally it is stall tested to
determine its ability to handle the specific torque of your
vehicles engine. Without Dyno Testing you run an EXTREMELY HIGH
RISK of receiving a transmission that will not work.

Since we remanufacture thousands of transmissions every year
we buy parts in much larger quantities than your local
transmission shop. Using this buying power we leverage better
prices and pass the savings along to you. We sell to hundreds of
transmission shops around the country, who charge their customers
a premium to secure a profit. Now, we sell our transmissions
directly to the public at wholesale prices!!!

IMPORTANT NOTE: Core fees are a
refundable deposit,
A core is your original rebuildable transmission. A core charge is
a temporary deposit charged to insure that we receive your
original rebuildable transmission back. This charge varies per
transmission. Once we receive your core back at our facility
(within 30 days), it is logged in, and a core refund is processed
within 1-2 weeks. Cores that are disassembled or that have a
broken case or damaged hard parts are not accepted and no core
money will be refunded.

installation centers, we recommend adding Professional
Installation to your order.
At our state of the art installation facilities your
professionally remanufactured transmission can be professionally
installed, by a qualified, professional installation technician.

few transmissions for which we do not offer installation. The
exceptions are listed below:
