Justactionfigures continues to strive to make all of our transactions as simple and complete as possible.  We add to our descriptions as many details as we believe are necessary to accurately and adequately represent the items that are listed but we cannot be held responsible for any misunderstanding if you do not read our listings thoroughly.

Justactionfigures will not be held responsible for any damage or loss after any item leaves our warehouse if buyer does not choose to pay for any optional insurance (some items, because of frailty or value require shipping insurance which is clearly stated in the payment and shipping area of those listings).

Payment

We accept PayPal: (payment@justactionfigures.com), money orders, or credit cards (by phone or fax).  If you cannot pay by any of these methods you must have received explicit permission from us before you place a bid.

Shipping

Discount - For both International and Domestic take the shipping cost (highest) of one item and each additional item is only $1.00 for loose figures and $2.00 for carded figures. There is a max of 3 items per International order for carded figures.

Domestic (continental United States): 

Please see shipping fee at the top of this listing.  All shipping prices apply to domestic (within the continental United States) addresses only.  For residents of Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico, please send an email to info@justactionfigures.com for a shipping quote.  A combined (discounted) shipping fee applies for multiple item purchases (actual discount depends on the size, weight, and quantity of items).  Insurance may be required.

International (outside of United States):

For shipping fees to all other countries and territories, please send an email to info@justactionfigures.com for international shipping quotes or for other international shipping questions.  A combined (discounted) shipping fee applies for multiple item purchases (actual discount depends on the size, weight, and quantity of items).  Insurance is required on all international shipments.  Canada quotes can be for either UPS or USPS.

Pay no shipping charges!  In addition to the standard shipping option, all items are also available for pickup (for FREE) by local residents, at our Nazareth, Pennsylvania location.  Please email info@justactionfigures.com for additional information and directions.

Return Policy

If we sent you the wrong item or there was an error in the auction, we will refund your entire purchase as well as the return shipping cost.  Otherwise, all sales are final.  Please contact us at info@justactionfigures.com if you have any other issues or concerns.
