Damaged Shipments:
If an item arrives to you in damaged condition, damage must be reported to the carrier immediately upon receipt of the package. Damaged or defective items must also be reported immediately to Honda East Toledo to begin the claims process. Send an email to Shipping@HondaEastToledo.com to report the damage.

Refunds or reshipments will not be processed until the insurance claim is processed and approved by the carrier. On average, UPS and FedEx claims are processed within 15 business days; USPS claims are processed within 90 business days.
