MY AUCTIONS:

I will try, as often as possible, to start my listings at 99 cents. It is my goal to keep prices as low as possible. However, some item simply cannot be sold for 99 cents. Used DVD's and video game will continue a starting bid of 99 cents. New, unused DVD's and video games will start slightly higher. I will also try to keep shipping and handling costs as low as possible. I always try to package everything as securely and safely as possible to avoid any potenial damage in transit. My shipping and handling costs include not only postage, but also the most secure and safe packaging I can provide. It is for this reason that shipping and handling costs are non-negotiable.

ITEM DECRIPTION:

This item description is acurate to the best of my knowledge. I do not sell DVD's or video games that are damaged in any way. Nor do I sell DVD's that are Asian Imports or bootlegged copies. If you are bidding on a DVD, new or used, you are getting the real thing. Used DVD's are sold with original cases and artwork. Video games are sold in original cases with original user manuals unless otherwise stated. In some cases the user manual has been lost, and that will be indicated in the item description. All DVD's and video games have been tested for any damage, i.e., skips, stalls, etc. I do not list any DVD or video game that is damaged in any way. Every DVD and video game leaves my possession in perfect working order.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING:

All shipping costs include seller handling fees; packaging, etc. Shipping cost are NOT negotiable. I do not combine shipping. Once an item is listed, it is packaged and ready to be sent to the winning bidder. Shipping and handling costs are shown to the Continental United States and Canada. For bidders elsewhere worldwide, please read the item description carefully for your shipping and handling costs. It IS listed there. If you do not agree with the shipping and handling costs, please DO NOT BID!

Once payment is received via PayPal, I usually ship the same day, or the day following receipt of payment. All shipment will include Delivery Confirmation. Insurance is always optional, and will be provided at buyers request.

PAYMENT:

Payment is expected within three (3) days of the auction ending. At that time the buyer will be sent a second invoice. If, after seven (7) days, payment has still not been received, a Non-Paying Bidder Complaint will be filed with eBay, unless you have contacted me and asked for extra time to pay. I am willing to work with you if you are willing to give me that chance. All Non-Paying Bidders will be blocked from future bids on any of my auctions. No exceptions.

I accept PayPal ONLY, or credit cards or eChecks through PayPal, unless prior arrangements have been made. In some instances I will accept Postal Money Orders and/or Cashier Checks, but this is very rare. I have found that PayPal is the easist and quickest way to pay, and the most secure. I cannot be responsible for any funds sent through the mail.

FEEDBACK:

Once I receive feedback from a buyer, I will leave reciprocal feedback. If you had an issue with a purchase and did not give me the opportunity to rectify it and leave negative feedback, you will receive the same. I will ALWAYS attempt to work with EVERYONE on ANY issue if given the opportunity.

I DO NOT accept bids from buyers with feedback in the negative, i.e., -1. -2, etc. If your Feedback score is zero, please contact me BEFORE bidding, or your bid may be cancelled. This is, unfortunately, due to the increasing number of non-paying bidders.

RETURNS:

I do accept returns on all merchandise EXCEPT DVD's and video games. The item must be returned within three (3) days of receipt, in the original packaging, via the same shipping method with Delivery Confirmation. I do NOT refund shipping and handling costs.

There are NO REFUNDS on prerecorded media: DVD's and video games, due to many buyers copying these mediums and then requesting a refund. DVD's and video game can, however, be returned via the same shipping method listed above, for full auction credit on any of my future listings.
