Flat shipping rate is for the contiguous 48 states. Packages ship via UPS and the US Postal Service, depending on the package size and weight, insured value, etc. We only ship within the continental United States. We ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & US Virgin Islands via overnight or second day service only, and is not included in the flat shipping rate in this auction. If you want to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or US virgin Islands, please submit us an email for a quote. No tracking number is provided by USPS shipment. There are no Local pickups.

If you have any questions please feel free to submit us an e-mail before bidding. If something is wrong with this product when it arrives to you, you may return it within 30 days of purchase date for a refund if qualified (eligibility conditions listed below). All expedited shipping, handling and insurance charges are additional and non-refundable. Please note that all returns are subject to a mandatory minimum handling fee of $6.95, unless proven defective by our technicians. Normally, all returns for non-defective reasons are subject to a 25% restocking fee, in which case the minimum handling of $6.95 is waived. This fee does not apply to defective product within 14 days of original purchase date. For all returns shipping must be prepaid, insured and bearing a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number on the shipping label and/or container. Any shipping charges incurred when returning product to us are the responsibility of the customer. Contact us for an RMA number, which will be required to ensure proper crediting of your account. We cannot accept returns without an RMA number. Return methods may differ if damage occurs durring shipping.

NO DEFECT FOUND CHARGES:

If we determine that any returned product is not defective and does not require warranty repair, We have the right to charge for all shipping, $10 of handling charge, and $45/hr of Technician processing fees.
