Four coins a year will be issued approximately once every three months, in the President's order of service. NOTE: Grover Cleveland is the only President who will have TWO different coins issued to honor him, as he was President twice, in non-sequential terms..

Following are the scheduled release dates for the entire series of Presidential Coins. Those with an asterisk were still alive at the time the Presidential Act was signed in 2005. As noted above, if these Presidents with an asterisk next to their name are still alive in 2016 and beyond, or it has been less than 2 years since they died, they will not be honored on the coins.
