Book Description: Wm. L. Allison Co., New York. Hard Cover. Book Condition: Good. No Jacket. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. Conan Doyle's historical novel about Puritans in England, likely by a publisher noted for literary piracy. No date, but owner's inscription dates this to at least 1896. Covers are in good condition with some fading and wear. Former owners name in ink (three). Pages good, but age toning is present. No Reserve.
