OUR MERCHANDISE:

We only sell quality used merchandise. All of our merchandise is 100% GUARANTEED! Not a lot of places can say that but we can because we personally check and if needed, test our merchandise before we sell it to you. Our discs are scratch free due to our sophisticated polishing system. We personally polish each disc before it leaves our hands. Less than 5% of our discs will have marks on them, these discs we test before they are even placed on the floor. All of our discs are 100% original retail editions and all of our DVDs are Region 1 unless indicated in this listing. WE DO NOT SELL ANY BOOTLEGS!!

CDs

All of our CDs are complete with front and back inserts unless it is stated in this description. They will come with unbroken cases unless stated in this description. Sometimes cases are damaged in shipping, we cannot be held responsible for items that are damaged in shipping.

DVDs

All of our DVDs are complete with covers unless it is stated in this description. Not all DVDs have inserts or chapter lists when we buy them back. If this part of the DVD is important to you, please ask us if it is present before you purchase the item, not afterwards. They will come with unbroken cases unless stated in this description.

VINYL

All of our VINYL LPs are graded loosely on a scale that is provided in the vinyl auctions. If you are unclear or would like to verify any of the things stated in the vinyl auctions please message us through Ebay so that we can properly answer all of your questions before you purchase the item. I.E. We may not be aware of a booklet that is supposed to be with an album but you are. Please ask us if we don’t state its presence with the item.

GAMES

All of our GAMES come complete with the covers unless stated in this description. Also all of our games come with complete instructions unless stated in this description. They will come with unbroken cases unless stated in this description.

CD & DVD BOX SETS

PAYMENT OPTIONS:

We accept Paypal payments and money orders only! We do not accept any personal checks.

PayPal eChecks must clear before shipping. eChecks from US Customers generally clear within 3 or 4 business days, sometimes longer. eChecks from International Customers may take 10 days or MORE. No items will ship until payment is completed.

All customers that pay via money order please notify us through Ebay messaging that you are using this option of payment. If you properly check out through Ebay, we will be notified by Ebay. We like to be kept informed of how payment is being received.

We realize that some people make mistakes about purchasing items or change their minds after the fact. That is not a problem with us. If you purchase something from us and wish to back out of the purchase before it is shipped, you must pay a 20% restocking fee and that will satisfy our Ebay fees. If you do not wish to pay the restocking fee, a dispute will be opened against you to satisfy our Ebay fees.

North Carolina Customers Only!! You must pay state tax of 6.75% on all purchases.

COMBINING MULTIPLE ITEMS:
We are happy to combine CDs bought in the same 3-day period into a single shipment. Combined shipping & handling charges may be seen in the table below. Invoices reflecting combined items are sent out regularly. All unpaid items at the end of a 7-day period will result in an unpaid item dispute filed against you, so please pay for your items as soon as possible to keep this from happening. If you need further time, please communicate to us so that we stay informed of the situation. Please message us through ebay’s messaging system, we will not reply to messages sent to us through our email account due to fraudulent emails.

SHIPPING & HANDLING
We always try to ship within 48 hours of receiving the proper payment for your package. MOST orders ship out the same day or the day following payment. However, we DO NOT ship on Saturday, Sunday OR Postal Holidays!  Domestic orders will be shipped via First Class Mail or Media Mail. All items weighing over 1 lb will be shipped Media Mail. Media Mail can often be slow; customers are asked to remain patient. You will be notified of the day of shipment. If you request insurance for your parcel, it is available for an additional fee. All orders over $20 will come with delivery confirmation and tracking numbers.

ALL International Orders ship via First Class International and do not come with tracking numbers. If you wish to have it sent by Global Priority mail with insurance and tracking please contact us before payment is submitted so that we can get an accurate quote for you. We can not be held responsible for lost international orders.

All of our items ship in either padded envelopes, boxes or tubes. If you require a specific packing arrangement or shipping service please notify us before payment is made so we can arrange to purchase additional shipping materials for your item. Additional charges will apply.

Our Shipping & Handling Charge covers postage, packaging supplies (padded mailers, boxes, etc), time & wages (to package; time to deliver to the post office, fill out necessary forms, etc), as well as other small associated costs (miscellaneous office supplies & expenses, etc.). Insurance is available on all orders if you request it. Insurance is an additional fee. We believe that our S&H is quite fair and less expensive than most in the industry!

[Note that during the Holiday Season, we do not guarantee any items that are purchased within 5 business days of Christmas to be delivered to you by our standard shipping. You may want to inquire about Priority Shipping Charges.]

30 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE:

As stated earlier in this listing, we stand 100% behind our product. If your item is defective please notify us of this within 30 days of purchase. Item must be returned to Yellow Dog Discs for a complete refund via Paypal. If we have another item in stock, we will exchange the item for you at no additional charge. You must pay to ship the item back to us and once we receive the item and we verify that the item is in fact defective, we will refund your money in full including the return shipping. Return shipping refund is for shipping only, we do not refund for any additional services that you may place on the item (i.e. delivery confirmation or insurance). If we receive the item back and it isn’t defective, you will receive your money back minus a 20% restocking fee plus shipping costs. We do this because some people are untrustworthy and we don’t encourage that in our sales.

FEEDBACK:

We will reply to all feedback that is left for us. We try to leave feedback everyday but sometimes we get backed up and it may take a week to leave feedback. We will leave you feedback, please don’t email us or message us to leave you feedback. We always leave feedback that is given to us. Having to check messages that is about leaving feedback is time consuming and annoying. So please don’t do it.
