Unless hard copies are requested, we do not charge any S & H fees as we send the finished and customer approved project electronically via email.

S & H charges for hard copies are calculated by the buyer’s zip code, and the weight and size of the package.

We guarantee that any information you provide to us is always held in strictest confidentiality and will never be given to any third party.

Special designs that include your personal pictures will never be sold and/or offered to any other customer.

Our Order Process and Processing is Simple:

1.   Order the service by clicking on Buy Now Button.

2.   We’ll promptly send you an email with our contact info.

3.   Email us with your contact information with proper mailing address and telephone #, and the following order details:

·        Specify the nature of the project.

·        Provide pertinent content information for the project.

·        Include pictures and/or photos to be incorporated.

·        Specify the quantity of copies, e.g., for address labels, etc.

·        Provide us with a delivery deadline.

·        Provide delivery instructions:

Ø     Electronic – Email – Only

Ø     Hard Copies Only

Ø     Electronic and Hard Copies.

4.   We will contact you promptly, verifying receipt of your order request and informing you on the pricing of your requested project. This contact will be done both ways electronically via email and also via telephone so as to establish a trusting customer-service provider relationship.

5.   Upon agreement of business transaction, we’ll send you an invoice that will reflect your order and the agreed upon price.

6.   You will pay 75% of the amount shown in your invoice either via PayPal or Money Order – PayPal payments are the quickest way to pay.

7.   Upon receipt of your payment, we’ll start work on your order immediately. A draft of your order will be sent via email to you for your review. You will provide us with either your editing suggestions or your approval.

8.   If you approve of the completed work, you will then submit the remainder of your cost (25%). If you want some editions, we’ll work on the editing process promptly and submit the edited project to you via email. Once these changes are approved by you, you’ll send us the remainder of your cost.

9.  Upon receiving the remainder of your cost, we will submit your completed and approved project to you as instructed – email only, hard copy only, email and hard copy.
