This item has no box that she came with and she is was only played with once,so she is in perfect condition. she has all her pieces that she came with and her manual. she also has batteries already inside of her. she is a very beautiful doll and a it's hard to find a black amazing allysen!!! there is is no refunds and if you have any questions i will be happy to answer all of them,thank you so much for looking!!!
