Buddha is depicted in the posture of meditation, with legs tucked under his hands and his lap folded. Seated in Sattvasana on the three coils of a naga with its seven heads forming a canopy above the head of Buddha , both hands in Dhyana mudra, his face with meditative expression, almond-shaped eyes, broad nose ,smiling lips, elongated earlobes ,tiara decorate with central floral band terminating with a conical-shaped chignon. A lotus disc carved below the neck of each and repeated on the reverse. The reverse carved with the conjoined scaled bodies of the snakes surrounding a plain central medallion, the wavering tail carved in relief. Buddha protected by the Naga became the most important cult image for Mahayana Buddhism in Cambodia. "US$ 1,990 = 1,350 euros"
