This is one of just 25 newly listed LONGBOX PS1 GAMES, all which appear to be COMPLETELY FACTORY SEALED based on CLOSE SCRUTINY of the plastic seam, venthole patterns, exam of state of manual/book edges, presence of flap back seam, back hangers and, on plastic game boxes, inspecting them by looking through both short ends, into light, for any irregularities. THERE ARE NO RE-SEALS IN THIS GROUP, in my opinion, after very close exam. Any obvious flaws, due to age, will be mentioned.
If you should purchase an item and disagree regarding my assessment, simply return the item UNOPENED and you will get full refund.There are 4 games besides the 25, which I opened because I questioned using one of the above guidelines for being factory sealed. These turned out to be new, but I am selling them opened with this group.
This game has meets proper sealing guidelines and sticker for Sim City Card game is on the plastic cover, not on the box (I've seen it both ways) and correct vent hole pattern.
