Returns and refunds:  If you wish to return an item for a refund, notify SSE Music of your intentions within seven (7) days of receipt.  The item must be returned at your expense by an insured shipping method, in original condition with no signs of wear or use, and in all of the original packaging.  Upon receiving the item in satisfactory condition we will refund you the purchase price minus the original shipping cost and a 10% restocking fee.

Defective items:  All products shipped from SSE Music have been inspected by our professional in-store service technicians to ensure their quality.  If you receive an item that is defective, notify SSE Music by email within seven (7) days of receipt.  We will arrange pickup of the item at our expense.  We will then inspect the item and verify the defect.  If the item is verified defective, we will ship a replacement to you, if available, at no charge.  If no replacement is in stock, we will refund you the purchase price minus the original shipping charge and a 10% processing fee.

Shipping damage:  SSE Music cannot be responsible for damage incurred during shipping.  Shipping insurance is provided for your convenience and protection.  (See the Shipping Calculator when checking out.)
