This is a wonderful garage for your dollhouse collection.  It is 6 1/2 " at the peak and about 10" wide and deep.  The garage door is metal (maybe aluminum) and raises and lowers. The rest of the garage is heavy cardboard.  One one side is a picture of Mom and a little girl on a fire-engine scooter and the other two sides have a dog chasing a cat.  It has a lot of great painted detail such as flower boxes, grass and flowers, and even one of those push mowers and some garden tools.  This is quite old, I'm guessing 50's from the decoration, so it has some wear.  The cardboard where the door opens and closes is quite worn and has some tears at each corner.  In spite of the wear it is a great piece for your collection.  Very colorful and detailed.
