About This Piece:

This cute little guy is painted on a 2.5x3.5 extra fine ACEO art canvas panel. The best quality Grumbacher oils were used to create this. ACEOs are highly affordable, collectible miniature paintings. They can be used as dollhouse decorative items, magnets, and more. They can also be framed with ACEO sized frames.

I am doing something a little different with this auction. 20% of this will benefit the professional animal retirement center. a rescue and refuge for retired circus animals, and rescued pet wildlife. Which is why its priced a little higher then most of my other ACEO auctions. Every little bit of money counts. It will help feed, and house over 70 exotic cats, and wildlife.

This painting comes signed and dated by me, Janelle Dixon, on the front and back. The winning bidder will also be emailed their very certificate of authenticity to print off on their computer.

Also comes varnished for protection.

About the Artist:

Currently, I am an artist working out of my own home. I raise rabbits, and pigeons, and have several other pets.

I can paint commissioned pet portraits upon request (see ebay store, or EBSQ profile for more details). I have shown my art all over my county in the past, including our county fair. I also show at the St. Joe County, and hillsdale county fairs every year.

A lot of my work is painted to compete and show. I have won several best in shows, and honorable mentions from showing at the county fairs.

My art has been sold to, and collected in other counties as well as the US.

I am also a member of the Branch County art guild, a large group of artists in the southern part of Michigan that is dedicated to showing and promoting original works of art. I have exhibited my art through them at the tibbitts opera house, and various other locations in the past. Our group even painted a mural in downtown Coldwater MI, of which I was very actively involved in.

I am also EBSQ certifified and participate in alot of their online art shows.

Each of my paintings comes with its own EBSQ certificate of authenticity, signed by me.
