You are bidding on a used Ab Lounge XL.  This unit is in good shape.  It comes with a fitness computer that records how long you've been working out, how many reps, and approximate calories burned (needs a new battery); resistance bands; resistance DVD workout, interactive ab blast DVD, and all the owners manuals and directions.  Included in the owners manual is a guide to proper strecthing, and a jump start diet plan.  This unit does fold up.  Just have to disconnect a couple cables and it folds up pretty flat.
