This painting is a map of where I grew up, Brisbane.


The painting is read as the flowing water leads from the top, flowing down to the base, Starting in the mountains above Brisbane, it shows the creeks contributing to the Brisbane
river flow.

 As you follow the river, each side showing the changing landscape until you finally enter Moreton Bay.

This painting shows the diversity of the life that once lived harmoniously in and around my area of Wynnum and Brisbane.

The Artist
