Return/Exchange Policy
* Money Back Guarantee and Replacement Warranty terms start from purchase date. You may find durations and special conditions in item description.
* Shipping/Handling/Insurance costs are not refundable.
* Returns/Exchanges will not be accepted unless authorization has been issued by Systems Integration Business Customer Service Department. To receive an RMA (Returns Merchandise Authorization) number please send an email to auctions@sib-usa.com with your ebay user name, item # and details of the issue you are experiencing with your item.
* All products should be returned in original packing materials, retail box, UPC or other original items in place with all included manuals, cables, software, etc...

Shipping and Payment Details

Accepted payment methods: Paypal ( paypal@sib-usa.com ), is the accepted payment method.

Shipping Response Time: Same Day shipment for the Payments received until 4pm EST for UPS 2days and UPS Overnight Services. Same/Next day Shipment for Standard Flat Rate Shipping Service. Total Delivery Time may take, 1-2 Business Days for UPS 2-Days select, 1 Business Day for UPS Overnight select and 2-8 days for Standard Flat Rate ShippingService. Please select the correct shipping method during payment according to your urgency.
Notes: 1) We're sorry, orders destined for P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO,PR,AK and HI locations are not eligible for UPS Overnight and 2nd Day Service. 2)If you paid after 11:30am on Saturday shipping cutoff time for UPS overnight or 2nd day service, item will be shipped on Monday. 3)Seller is not responsible for service transit times. Supplied transit time information is for reference purpose only. 4) We should get payment notification from Payment Processor until 4pm EST in order to ship the item the same day for UPS Overnight and UPS 2 Days services. For example you might have started your payment at 1pm and if we receive the notification at 5pm, this UPS Overnight shipment can be processed next day.

Shipping Notification: An e-mail will be sent to your eBay e-mail address upon item is shipped out. If you do not receive this email in 8 Business Hours if you selected UPS 2-days or Overnight Services, please contact us to verify the status of your transaction. If you do not receive this email in 16 Business Hours if you selected Standard Flat Rate Shipping Service, please contact us to verify the status of your transaction.

Shipping Address: For Paypal payments, there is only one shipping address section. Please include your shipping address in this section correctly. Please do not include a second shipping address in the notes section during payment, as it will be disregarded.

Insurance: For UPS 2-days and Overnight Services, Insurance is included in Shipping Handling Charges up to $100. For Standard Flat Rate Shipping Service, insurance is not offered but we try to help you to compensate possible losses. We keep the delivery confirmation records and if the carrier delivery records do not confirm the package is delivered in 21 business days after shipment, we consider it as a lost item and we either refund your payment or ship a second item if available. We work faster than any insurance company! If the carrier database shows that the package has been delivered, we do not accept any responsibility for claimed lost packages. If you receive the item damaged, our warranty policy already covers the possible losses. In this case please contact us to get an RMA number for replacement. (Note: APO and FPO addresses may not be eligible for some of the given services due to ineligibility of the delivery confirmation services.

Sales Tax: NJ residents, please add 7% for sales tax.

Our Warehouse is not Eligible for Pickups but for extremely urgent cases we would like to help you. There is no standard discount from s/h rates for the Pickups as handling such requests costs more time.

International Shipping and Payment Details

Insurance and Shipping Rates: International shipment rates can be found in the Seller payment instructions section at the bottom of this listing. We have two types of rates for international shipments, insured and uninsured. Insured shipment rates are higher, but they secure your investment in lost item cases. If you choose the uninsured shipping type and in the event item gets lost, we do not accept any responsibility. If you choose an insured shipment type and in the event item gets lost, a lost claim will be sent to carrier and they will resolve the case.



Non-Paying Bidders: Payment must be received within 3 business days of the auction close. If you are not sure of paying for the item please do not place bid on it. Non payment may lead to your account suspension at eBay.
