ACCURATE 50W Platinum TwinDrag two-speed reel, sounds like a mouthful. Having owned or fished every type of 50w I can honestly say you are looking at the finest reel by far. The frame, spool, handle and cases are built from Billet 6061-T6 aluminum and what's not is stainless steel. But the real secret to ACCURATE'S success is the twin drag system. As the line is pulled from the reel, ACCURATE reels apply even tension on both sides of the spool, continuously which provide the smoothest most consistent manner for line to exit the reel. No more jerking runs from big fish and no more overheating during battle with big fish. This ACCURATE 50w is only leaving my grip because of my health, and you have no idea how much this hurts me. I loaded it with 500 yds. of 80lb Maxima last summer, fished two days and washed it down good, it is a awesome reel.
