 "Buddy Boy" This handsome little puppy is my very own Buddy, whose birthday is coming up in May. I thought it was about time to paint him as a baby, before almost all of his fawn coloring & black mask grew out. Now at almost 1 year, he is mostly white (when he hasn't found a mud puddle in the backyard, that is!), but still has the black tips to his little ears. This is an Original ACEO 3.5" x 2.5" NOT a print, done using artist watercolors on Arches 140 lb. cold press watercolor paper. Any watermark does not appear on the actual painting. It is initialed on front and will be signed, titled and dated on back.
What's an ACEO you may ask? It stands for Art Cards Editions and Originals, and is a miniature form of artwork the size of a standard baseball trading card. These little gems are a fun and affordable way to collect original works of art. They can be displayed in a traditional album, matted and framed for your wall or desk, or simply propped on a tiny easel in a special nook or cranny. Please note that colors may vary from monitor to monitor. I have not sprayed the painting with a sealer. It will be shipped carefully in a clear plastic card sleeve for protection. I have initialed it on the front, and have signed, titled, and dated the back. I retain the rights to all of my paintings and they may not be reproduced in any way without my express permission.
