They are the only horses in history who have won all three of America's most prestigious races (the Kentucky Derby, Preakness, and Belmont Stakes) in a particular year. This set of 2.5" x 3.5" ACEOs (collectible mini art cards), one of a new edition of 25, is masterfully detailed and printed on high quality, medium weight archival card stock. They would look great matted and framed as a group! Each one looks every bit as nice as the original painting from which it was created! Pictured are each of the 11 Triple Crown champion racehorses: Sir Barton, Gallant Fox, Omaha, War Admiral, Whirlaway, Count Fleet, Assault, Citation, Secretariat, Seattle Slew, and Affirmed. Each card shows a head portrait of the horse, racing shot with jockey, and the horse's name along with the year the horse won the Triple Crown.
