ACOUSTIC RESEARCH WALNUT SPEAKER STANDS, AR-3a,AR-2ax**

These are newly manufactured walnut speaker stands.

These are brand new speakers stands manufactured from solid walnut and patterned off an original pair of AR stands. We believe these are as nice or nicer than the originals. Original AR stands used veneer over plywood for the center sections. We have used solid walnut for all components. They are finished in the same oil finish as AR used originally. As you can see from the PICs, they are easy to disassemble, making for a reasonable shipping cost and ease of export. These will accommodate all of the larger AR speakers including the AR-3a, AR-2a, AR-2ax, AR-5, AR-10 PI, AR-11, AR-12 and others. At their maximum points, the stands are 12 1/2 in. wide x 14 5/8 deep x 11 in. high. Sorry, the AR-3 in the rare teak finish is not included! Depending on the size of your speakers, more or less of the tops of the legs will show.
