Refunds will be granted (minus shipping costs) only if the item was not correctly described in the auction details. I do my measurments with a fabric measuring tape. If you are comparing the measurements to something you have at home, please use a fabric measuring tape as well. Also, I measure the item flat and then double the number. Please do the same when comparing your measurements.
Refund requests must be emailed to me within 3 days after the item has been delivered to you. It must be returned back to me within 10 days and must be shipped with delivery confirmation. As soon as I have received the item in the same condition it was mailed to you, I will refund your PayPal account.
