what it is ?
Basically it is an
emulator of Canon EF AF lens, by permanently attaching
a 'smart' PCB on a conventional lens mount adapter.
what it does ?
It brings in two great
featuresto your manual lenses when they're mounted on a Canon EOS body.
I) prompt for
focus confirmation -- no more guestimation for focus, for
example, my 10Dwill beep when I rotate the lens focusing ring and the
focus is reached.
II) you'll get your
desired light metering modes.. By using conventional
mechanic adapters, we can only use center-weighted light metering.
